Devron Mitchell is the founder and pastor of The Purpose Center in Augusta, Georgia, bringing more than a decade of experience working with youth through both behavioral and spiritual development. His heart for young people, pastoral leadership, and practical ministry experience brings a valuable perspective to The Anchor Room. Pastor Devron serves as a trusted Voice of Counsel, offering wisdom and guidance as The Anchor Room seeks to meet people where they are and help point them toward Jesus.
Melisa brings a heart for helping people find direction, strength, and hope during difficult seasons. An Army veteran and Senior Independent Life Skills Coach, Melisa has experience walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, overcome confusion, develop practical life skills, and move toward greater stability and purpose. As a Voice of Counsel for The Anchor Room, she offers compassionate encouragement and grounded perspective, with a desire to help people grow closer to God while reminding them that they do not have to walk through life alone.
